Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work: Upon receipt of a service request, we will provide the Client with a clear scope of work. This includes the project details, deliverables, and a timeline for completion.
Deliverables: The Company will provide the Client with deliverables as specified in the agreement or proposal.
Timeline: The timeline for completion will be agreed upon at the outset of each project. The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control (see "Force Majeure").

Information and Resources: The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and resources in a timely manner to ensure project progress.
Approval and Feedback: The Client will review all drafts and deliverables and provide approval or feedback in a reasonable timeframe. Failure to do so may delay the project.
Final Approval: The Client will provide final approval for the deliverables before the project is considered complete.
